Shipping & Delivery

Continental United States: We ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. For any other locations please see 'International Shipping' below.  We do not ship to any address that UPS or FedEx cannot deliver to. This includes APO and PO Box addresses (in some cases we can, call us). All pricing is FOB point of shipment. Merchandise under 70 pounds will usually ship by UPS. Over 70 pounds may be shipped by truck. The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges. The customer must inspect all shipments for damage and is responsible for making claims to the shipper.


Due to freight lines, most of our stage lighting equipment usually takes 10-14 business days to ship. 

Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska: Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska do not qualify for our Free Shipping offer as Ground service is not available to these areas. Customers in HI, PR and AK must choose either UPS 2nd Day Air or Overnight Air service since Ground service is not available to these areas. Orders, bids or quotes requested via the phone or email will have shipping calculated differently than calculated on this web site. 

Free Shipping Offer: We offer free shipping on nearly everything we sell. This offer is only valid in the continental US. Certain items, such as special order or oversized items may not qualify. Items that don't qualify are still eligible for great rates. Our free standard method is usually shipped with UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Some smaller items may be shipped with USPS. You may also upgrade to 3-day, 2-day or 1-day overnight for minimal fees. Important:  If you should return your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit or refund.

International Shipping: International orders are an important part of how we serve our customers around the world. International will take up to 7-10 business days before shipment. We have many warehouses around the USA and only (1) warehouse ships Internationally. If in the event your product is in a warehouse that does NOT ship outside the USA. We will have to route that package to the warehouse that does first. To place an international order, browse our web site and add items to your cart as usual. During the checkout process you will be provided with shipping options to your delivery address. We’re unable to calculate duties or taxes as this varies per country. Important: You will be responsible for paying any duties and taxes if there are any incurred when the shipment arrives. Failing to pay these fees will constitute an immediate non-return policy and may include re-stocking fees.


Returns & Replacements

Most items can be returned 30 days after your purchase. Before you can return any merchandise to Spectrum Audio you must first have an RA (Return Authorization) number from us. For fastest processing, please fill out an online Return Authorization request here. You will be emailed typically within 24-48 hours after submission. All orders returned without an RA# will be refused.

Note that inbound and outbound shipping charges are not refundable or reimbursable under any circumstance. Additionally, if your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund.

Also note that we cannot take back any return without the original manufacturer's box and packing materials. Be sure to keep all of this until you are sure you won't be returning it. If for any reason you initiate a funds dispute with your bank during the return process this will automatically cancel and void your return.

Excluded Items - The following items cannot be returned to Spectrum Audio for any reason: All televisions/displays 27" and over (including LCD and plasma), television stands, all home and office video projectors, toner cartridges, opened DVDs, opened software, unopened software of any kind, computers and notebooks, CD duplicators, microphones, microphone accessories, headphones, most rack cases and staging material, special orders, manufacturer drop ship, discontinued items, ceiling fans and any activated satellite unit (XM, Sirius, DIRECTV, etc.). The manufacturers of these items require that all returns go through them via included warranties.

Defective Items - Defective items other than those mentioned in "Excluded Items" above may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Defective Items - ALL non-defective items other than those mentioned in "Excluded Items" above may be returned up to 30 days after delivery date.   These returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Opened items must be in re-sell able condition and have ALL original packaging, accessories, manuals and warranty cards included.  A larger restocking fee (20-50%) will be applied if the item is returned in a condition that prevents us from re-selling it.

Damaged Items - In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment if the damage is external or notify us within 24 hours if the damage is concealed.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT DAMAGE CLAIMS AFTER 24 HOURS from date of signature. Spectrum Audio, at its sole discretion, will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund when, and if, the claim is settled with the shipping carrier.  Items shipped to freight forwarders must be inspected for damage prior to forwarding shipment. No damage claims will be accepted once an item has been signed for or left in possession of freight forwarder.



Customer may cancel orders after 45 days of order receipt or after a missed deadline. Unless a written cancellation is received, Spectrum Audio will assume merchandise is still wanted and will make shipments. Cancellations of merchandise in transit to us or to the customer will not be honored.


Delivery & Processing Time

Order may take up to 1-2 business days for security verification. If additional verification becomes necessary, we will contact you. Most orders ship within one business day from the time the order is placed. Orders take one to six business days to reach their destination. Our order cutoff time is 1pm PST.  Any order placed after this time will ship the following business day.  This includes air orders placed after 1pm CST!  If an item is out of stock, you will be notified within one business day.


Acceptance of Agreement
You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") with respect to our site (the "Site"). This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site.
